A documentary film about Dulce, a young black Colombian girl. Departing from traditional documentary formats, the film takes a mise-en-scène-driven approach to create a visually immersive narrative. Dulce’s mother, a hardworking laborer, imparts invaluable lessons — both directly and indirectly — on how to navigate the world as a woman just beginning her journey.
